| Opening Schedule (2011)
- Saturday, May 28 – Opening Day - May 28, 29, 30 – Open 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. - Tuesday, May 31 to Thursday, June 2 – Open 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Friday, June 3 – Open 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - Saturday, June 4 – Open daily through Labor Day (pool will close at 8 p.m. if there is school the following day) Membership Cards There will be a new policy in place for membership cards starting in 2009. Members will not receive cards but will sign in upon arrival at the pool. Cards will be maintained in the office and remain onsite throughout the season. This system will allow us to better serve our members as we can track pool usage during peak hours. Smoking Policy Smoking is prohibited on club premises due to Issue 5 passed in November 2006. Please refrain from smoking in the pool, tennis, and parking areas. Swim Lessons Private lessons are available during normal club hours. Contact the office for additional information. Group lessons will also be available. More information to come. Tennis Lessons Group or individual lessons are available at Woodhaven. Please see the Tennis page on this website for more information on tennis lesson options. Social Events (2011) Woodhaven is pleased to offer a number of social events during the summer season. - Adult Party - July 30 at 7 p.m. - Kids' Party - August 3 from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. - Membership Appreciation Day - August 13 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (rain date August 14) (free hotdogs, hamburgers, and soda) - Ladies' Luncheons - June 14, July 11, and August 8 from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Suggestions The Board of Trustees has a suggestion box and suggestion cards at Woodhaven. Please use these cards to share your thoughts, talk to a board member, or email your suggestions or comments to Join The Board The Board of Trustees is charged with the operation of the Club for the use and enjoyment of the members and their guests. This is a VOLUNTEER Board and we are looking for members who are interested in becoming active Board Members in order that everyone’s best interests are served.
