| *Due to the popularity and value of our swim club, Woodhaven is at full membership for the 2010 summer season. At this time we are not accepting new membership applications. We are, however, accepting reservations for memberships for the 2011 summer season. For further membership information, click here*
Initial membership requires three types of fees to be paid in the first two years and they are as follows: |
| Initiation Fee: | $300.00 + 19.50 Tax | = Total $319.50 | |
| Stock Fee: | $250.00 + 16.25 Tax | = Total $266.25 | |
| Annual Fee: | Single Adult | $280.00 + 18.20 Tax | = Total $298.20 |
| Family with 1 child | $300.00 + 19.50 Tax | = Total $319.50 | |
| Family with 2 or more children | $320.00 + 20.80 Tax | = Total $340.80 |

The fees may be paid in two installments. The Initiation Fee and the Annual Fee are due when the top part of the application form is submitted. Stock Refund Information The stock certificate has a purchase value of $250 that is depreciated $10 per season down to a minimum value of $200. Therefore, anyone becoming a member before 2005 would receive a refund of $200 if terminating in 2010. Stock may only be redeemed by Woodhaven Swim Club and cannot be sold to other parties. A check payable to the stockholder will be made available upon surrender of the stock certificate. Requests for stock refunds can be made at any time, however, refund checks are only issued during the pool-operating season. Members leaving the greater Dayton area will be issued refunds immediately. ALL PERSONS USING WOODHAVEN SWIM CLUB, INC. FACILITIES DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. WOODHAVEN SWIM CLUB, INC.
