Membership Registration Information
Woodhaven uses a secure, online Pool Membership Management system. All members must update and register their memberships online annually, and should ensure that their email addresses remain current. This will be our primary means of communication about their memberships. Members access the system and their membership information using a unique login ID and password, provided via email sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure this address is on your email "safe sender" list so that messages will not be blocked or sent to spam folders.
When registering, please be sure to complete every section, including the payment section, regardless of whether paying by check or credit card. You must select the "Purchase Now" button to complete the registration, even if a check has already been mailed in.
If paying by credit card you will receive an email confirming your registration and payment. If paying by check, you will receive an email with registration confirmation and payment instructions. You will receive a second email confirming payment once it is received and credited to your membership. We cannot credit payments until the membership registration is completed.
